Puck Screens

A puck screen sits on top of the tamped coffee, between the puck and your machine's shower screen. It spreads incoming water across the whole puck face before pre-infusion starts, instead of letting it hit one point first, and it keeps your shower screen cleaner between cleans.

Size matters here more than most accessories. Breville and Sage machines run a 54mm basket, most De'Longhi sit at 51mm, and E61 or commercial-style setups run 58mm or 58.5mm. This one comes in five diameters and three thicknesses in 150 micron stainless mesh, sized to sit inside a matching basket, not replace it. Rinse and reuse.
